Ask five Odoo vendors in Pakistan for a price and you will get five answers, most of them "it depends". It does depend — but on two things you can count before you call anyone: how many apps you need and how many people will use each one. How much does Odoo cost in Pakistan?
An Odoo project has three separate cost lines, and confusing them is the main reason quotes look inconsistent:

"App" means one Odoo application — Accounting, Inventory, Sales, Purchase, Manufacturing, CRM, and so on. The user count is the number of people who will work in that app, not your total headcount. Inventory and Sales each in the 25–50 band (200,000+ each), Accounting and Purchase in the 5–10 or 10–25 band, plus barcode and multi-warehouse setup. What is the Odoo monthly subscription in Pakistan?
Odoo Enterprise is billed by Odoo S.A. per user per month, in US dollars, with standard and custom plans. Because Odoo changes its list prices and the rupee moves, we do not print a PKR figure here that would be wrong in three months — check odoo.com/pricing for the current rate, then multiply by the number of users (not apps). Odoo Enterprise licensing is purchased through an Odoo partner or directly.
Watch for this in quotes: a low "Odoo price" that is really just the subscription, with the implementation hidden in "consulting days" added later. Ask every vendor to split the three cost lines above.
What is not included in the per-app price?
- Customisation — new fields, reports, workflows or integrations beyond standard Odoo. Quoted on scope.
- Annual support (AMC) — fixes, user changes and help after go-live, on a yearly contract.
