As an Odoo Training Specialist at Pearl Solutions Pvt Ltd, you will deliver hands-on Odoo training sessions to clients, new employees, and freelancing/certification candidates. You will simplify complex ERP concepts into practical, easy-to-follow sessions and help learners build real, job-ready Odoo skills.
This role requires strong communication skills, patience, and a passion for teaching. You should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and comfortable presenting to both technical and non-technical audiences in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver structured Odoo training sessions
- Develop training materials and hands-on exercises
- Assess trainee progress and provide feedback.
- Conduct workshops for clients, new hires, and certification-track students.
Must Have
- Bachelor Degree or Higher
- 1–2 years of experience in Odoo or ERP training.
- Strong understanding of core Odoo modules
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in writing online content
- Additional languages
- Google Adwords experience
- Strong analytical skills
- Odoo certification.
