Client Acquisition Executive

Pearl Solutions Pvt Ltd, an official Odoo Partner, is looking for a driven Client Acquisition Executive to expand our client base across IT, ERP, and digital services. In this role, you'll identify and research potential clients, reach out through calls, email, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms, and build genuine relationships with decision-makers to convert prospects into long-term clients. You'll work closely with our marketing and sales teams to align outreach efforts with campaigns and messaging, while consistently tracking your pipeline and reporting on progress. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on the challenge of opening new doors, is comfortable with proactive, consultative outreach, and wants to grow their career in a fast-paced IT/ERP environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead the entire sales cycle
- Identify and research potential clients across target industries
- Reach out via calls, email, LinkedIn, and freelance platforms
- Build relationships with decision-makers and convert leads into clients
- Track outreach activity and report on pipeline progress
Must Have
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years in client acquisition, business development, or sales
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills
